Consolidation as a feature

Operations lived in three separate tools — a telemetry dashboard, an API-key manager, and a log viewer, each its own FastAPI + React deployment. This project migrated all three onto serverless edge functions and merged them into one React 19 console, then wrapped it in Capacitor so the same codebase ships as an Android app with push notifications on errors.

The console tracks per-project LLM spend, mints and revokes API keys for the agent framework, and explores request/response logs with error views — the operational backbone under the agent products.
