The consumer surface
Owners manage pet profiles, chat with eleven specialist agents, submit lab photos and behavior videos through in-app capture and compression, read articles, earn rewards, and manage real Stripe subscriptions — on Android, iOS, and web from one codebase of 486 Dart files across 14 cleanly separated feature modules.
The AI twin
The standout feature: every pet gets an AI twin — a generated sprite-sheet character rendered with the Flame game engine, animated through expression sheets, voiced by ElevenLabs, and driven by a persona generated from the pet's actual profile. A dedicated sprite-generation service and two edge functions produce the art.
